This treatment involves filling in sunken areas like the forehead and temples with fillers to contour the face. When these areas are sunken, the side profile appears flat and the face looks angular.

Since we need to fill a broad area evenly, the volume used is larger than in other areas. If only one side is filled, the boundaries will become noticeable, so we consider the surrounding curves as well.

The forehead and temples are areas where blood vessels run, so the layer of injection is important. If the area to be filled is wide, we may proceed in stages rather than filling it all at once.

  • Avoid alcohol, smoking, sauna, and intense exercise for 2-3 days post-treatment to minimize the risk of inflammation.
  • Temporary swelling or bruising may occur, but most will subside within 2-3 days.
  • Makeup and washing of the treatment area can be done after 2-3 hours (remove regeneration tape the following day).
  • Please refrain from wearing hats or hairbands that press on the forehead for 2-3 weeks.
  • Avoid pressing or applying pressure to the treatment area as it may alter the shape.
  • Be sure to take prescribed antibiotics and inform us in advance if you have any drug allergies.
  • The forehead and temples are areas where blood vessels run, and blocking them carries risks of skin necrosis or vision loss.
  • If the treatment area turns darker, or if you experience severe pain or blistering, please contact the clinic immediately.
